I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We value and consider all feedback and I wanted to address a couple of your specific concerns. We recently rolled out a salary administration model to the entire company which included a job value matrix that is accessible to all employees. The matrix creates transparency for our employees by listing every position within the company along with the pay range so that employees can make an educated decision about their career development. The salary ranges were based on market data within the financial services industry and any employee that was under the minimum range received a market adjustment to ensure they were being paid fairly and equitable. While compensation is an important factor in any job, we also want to highlight the total compensation package. Outside of normal benefits (medical, dental, vision, paid life and disability insurance, etc.) we offer paid maternity/paternity, tuition reimbursement, and a generous paid time off package to all full time employees.
