      Incentives, mileage reimbursement for traveling.

      Lack of communication, upper management does not support middle management. Drama and gossiping.

      The HR staff wasn't helpful or polite. There was a condescending and rude tone at times.

      The CEO is a good guy, there are many people you meet with. But he is very genuine.

      Cons

      I wasn't able to stay on doing same job, and new job was not really what I expected.
