Variety, branches all over, oppertunities to grow yourself. Competitive salaries with annual increases and performance bonuses if you qualify.

Cons

There is no guarantee you will keep your job. There is no room for error in the work place. Can be a bit stressfull.

Pros

The bank allows you to grow very fast in the corporate world. You are held accountable for your actions right at the beginning and are taken seriously but most seniors. The owner-managment culture fuels innovation and makes you feel like a business owner and not just an employee.

Cons

It is situated in the CBD which is not the best environment to travel to. Salaries are not competitive and you are most likely to be paid much more from other similar institutions.
