      FNB invests in developing their staff. Leaders are knowledgeable and down to earth, thus making it easy to learn from them. FNB is innovative because it has the best people.

      Cons

      High standards and mistakes can quickly become career limiting moves. Salary is low but other benefits are excellent and variable pay to top performers are great.
