Company looks after their staff. Hard work does not go unnoticed. Great benefits. Good work life balance. Great bunch of people to work with, really working to changing the banking realm within South Africa.

Cons

Not a lot of room for career growth unless you move departments. Training to improve skills is not always easy to obtain. Silo's within a larger corporate, divisions not see the bigger picture and the focus is sometimes lost.
