Pros

Can act in your own capacity as Owner Manager Culture to create new ideas and create projects to save the Financial Institution cost and the result to provide superb Customer Service. To retain the existing Customers and create growth for and with the Business. Best innovative bank I use to work for.

Cons

Cant say anything bad about Fnb as the are technology driven in the Financial Industry to make it convenient for the Customers and share holders. They are drving growth year on year and increasing their Customer base. How can you say anything bad. My personal con was leaving them in 2015 which I regret till today.
