      FNB has a very good work environment with a lot of growth opportunities, if you work towards it. Good work-life balance with flexible hours.

      Cons

      FNB is very big with multiple Business Units, this makes it difficult to collect certain information from people as it takes a while to figure out who the right person is to talk to.
