Conservative strategic growth. Concentrate on areas of expertise. Innovative scoring modeling Reinvestment back into organization

Cons

Technological awareness is lacking. Efficiency in operations hurt by significant technology shortcommings (not because of funding or willingness but because Sr. Mgnt has not embraced this concept yet).

Great family atmosphere where everyone truly cares for one another. Company really cares about the employee work life balance.

Cons

You don't get anywhere career wise unless you kiss up. Even then it's not a clear path, lots of shuffling going on
