- Great benefits such as prime minus on loans, lower banking fees, etc. - Great leave policy - Great work life balance (depending on team) - Hybrid working model

Cons

- Below average compensation (made up for with benefits I guess) - Each team has its own set of rules and culture - Some teams are very toxic with terrible micromanagement from incompetent leaders
