- Some nice people working there

Cons

- Not as customer or tech focused, you can end up toiling away and rushing features to production just to pander to executive demands - Very young middle management whom are highly competent at their craft but have no idea how to lead - Culture of fear. Every two weeks there’s a “we have to do it because X says so” - Modern high performance environment but tethered to an archaic promotion structure that favours experience over performance.
