Pros

Moving up in the company is very easy if you are well liked, and are a genius in sales. The customers are always grateful and thankful for any help that you can give them. The pay is also decent. As a company it does help you with your public speaking skills and fear of rejection.

Cons

SALES SALES SALES SALES... At some point the happiness of the company has to be more than sales. Value to great people that are working for the company have to mean something. It is a fun place to work, but sometimes, loses the balance of professionalism and fun, I have heard my direct supervisor curse on several occasions.

Descent pay and if you like people then it makes your day go quicker.

Cons

Training is off you get different answers all the time .. the scheduling isnt good many times ive had to come on my day off to finish something or had to take 3 hr lunches to not get over time

incentive pay is ok great company to start off if you plan on building a career in banking

Cons

working 7 days a week working long hours on Saturday being open on sundays intense sale goals every month start off pay sucks shady business going on in the company
