Pros

You have the ability to go as far as you want to go. No position is difficult to obtain. Training is awesome. The people, for the most part, are fun to work with. This job encouraged me to get out of my shell be a little more social.

Cons

You do have to sale and meet a goal to get incentives. But, if you are lucky, you get help with that from managers. Unfortunately, the company is sales base and this pretty much dictates how fast you can get promoted. Sometimes, the customer base gets frustrating because they are not the brightest of people.

Pros

The hours are flexible, the pay was decent and people weren't half bad. The work requirements were not as demanding as one would think. I enjoyed the benefits and schedule flexibility. I wish there were more locations so I could work closer to home.

Cons

Your job is to sell accounts to new customers. While it is not always fun, it is a work requirement that must be fulfilled.

Pros

*Quickly promoted, if you produce in sells.

Cons

*99.9% of the management team is running a politically incorrect game. *Company does not care about the future of their employees professionally/personally. *A company that expects you to bend of backwards for them, but as soon as they get what they need from you they no longer consider you useful.
