No Growth Unless You Know The Right Person- Have to Fight for Fair Pay

Cons

No Growth, bad executive leadership, unfair pay, lay offs, raises aren't based on work effort but rather who you know (mostly favoritism for people from Acxiom or who know the CEO). One star for an effort on work/life balance and for having good, smart people to work with, but that doesn't help much when bad apples are knowingly kept in management positions.
