Mostly Great, A Bad Apple in Management

Pros

Most of the people you'll encounter at First Orion are lovely, all of my teammates were knowledgable in what they did and had great heads on their shoulders. I enjoyed a lot of the projects that I got to work on as they were very cutting edge and I got to see impacts from the work fairly quickly.

Cons

The Data Engineering team is ran upon fear, and if you attempt to provide a solution that is not what the person who runs the team agrees with, you'll most certainly not make it too far in the company if you stay on this team. Also expect to be overworked because the team can't keep engineers very long.

- Experience varies greatly project to project - Work-Life balance can become an issue
