Pros

1. People here are work hard together to deliver the best product. 2. Encourage engineers to do the research on the new technologies and apply them to the product 3. Lots of snacks and drinks 4. Open PTO 5. Company cares about the employees and work like a family

Cons

Couldn't think of any. If insist for cons, maybe it's still growing, still have works need to done to grow bigger.
