FPFY is a great non profit that priorities their employees and a work life balance. Leadership is open to feedback and assisting staff in growing in areas they hope to strengthen.

Cons

As with any nonprofit their is more staff turnover than a for profit company.

upper management creates and fill positions amongst themselves. They say they don't have the funds for bonuses or raises but somehow manage to create new six figure positions.
