Well-run organization serving foster youth

Pros

A well-structured and organized company that hires (for the most part) fantastic people who truly care about making a difference in the lives of foster youth. Pay is better than most np organizations and benefits are great.

Cons

Employee turnover is concerning along with the inability to hire quickly to replace staff who leave creates massive workloads for already stretched teams. Obtuse managers with unhealthy workaholic mentalities quickly create a burnout culture. More focus on DEI work is needed.

Turnover and employee churn leaves large workloads until new hires can be made.
