I’ve been with FPMG for 10 years, and it’s been a rewarding journey. I started as a Leasing Consultant and have grown within the company as new opportunities became available. FPMG truly values the growth and development of its employees—there’s a clear path for advancement for those who are willing to work hard. Leadership is supportive and communicative, setting clear and reasonable expectations that make it easy to stay motivated and focused. The work environment is professional yet collaborative, and the compensation is competitive—another way FPMG shows it values its employees.

Cons

The company offers free health insurance for employees, which is a great benefit, though the dependent coverage plans can be costly. I do wish there was a 401(k) match to help support long-term financial goals.
