First Pointe Management Group reviews

I have worked for the owners for the last 3 years, June 2012 the owners created an in-house management company; First Pointe. It has been awesome basically being able to kick out the middle man. Since the change the management offers great training; they really go above and beyond in investing in their all of their employees. You can feel that they really do care. The owners/management has many properties providing lots of room for advancement. There are tons of incentives including free health care benefits, 401K and Life Insurance. They love giving recognition to all of their employees. They have recently had their first conference and it was awesome. All employees including all management staff and maintenance staff where there keeping everyone on the same page. They really take care of you here, and if you strive for a higher position they will not weight you down.

I recently became part of the team at First Pointe Management Group and I am extremely impressed. They have welcomed me with open arms and have made me feel very important and how excited they are to have me. I have been in this industry on and off for about 8 years and I must say, this is by far my favorite. Everyone that I have met (we just finished a huge 2 day conference) has been extremely friendly, welcoming, and sweet. It truly is a family here. I can't believe how nice everyone is, especially being the newbe. As I mentioned we just wrapped up this huge conference where every single employee got to attend. They even flew all the staff from out of town so they could join. They had training to inform everyone of any new changes and any new policies that have been rolled out. Upon your first day at the conference they gave you tons of goodies, which I'm still amazed on the stuff they gave all of us (I.e. laptop backpack, tshirt, baseball hat, and much, much more). Not only that, but each training course was fun, interactive, and they gave awesome prizes. And the lunch, oh let me tell you, the lunches were phenomenal. We even had a motivational speaker that was fantastic and so much fun. She lifted everyone up, gave great tips and tricks but most of all, she was also so friendly and sweet. I have never in all my years of working and also being raised in the Property Management industry, seen a company go all out for their staff like they do. The fact that they did this for us, made it a blast to attend, is beyond words. I am so grateful to be working with a company such as First Pointe Management Group!! I am so excited to grow, learn, and hope to move up in this company. They have so much to offer and they are just getting started. Prior to me joining them, I had heard so many positive things and especially after the last couple days, that is an understatement. I can not wait for what the future holds with me being a part of their family!!
