Pros

Great company that really takes care of their employees. Opportunities for advancement and excellent training program. You'll love the people you work with and the culture is a "work hard, play hard" mentality which I personally enjoyed. They hold their employees to a higher standard and expect them to be great professionals. Benefits are good too.

Cons

Base pay is decent with good bonus/commission potential based on rentals. It could be a little better.

Pros

I have worked for this company since it became First Pointe Managnent Group and in the industry for 5 years. I have been offered two other management jobs, by other management companies in the last year and have been proud to turn them down because of how happy I am. This company is professional, caring, loyal, the free health benefits aren't something to complain about, and they actually listen to your concerns and needs!

Cons

The only con I can think of is that there are not more First Pointe Management properties around; because I know in time....everyone in this industry is going to want to be on our team!

Pros

I've read through the previous reviews posted on this website and I don't believe that First Pointe Management Group has necessarily been portrayed accurately. Although I will admit that there have been frustrations with the growing pains that come from a start up company, the pro's far out way the cons. No matter where you work there are going to be things that you might not agree with, it's unavoidable. I have been very impressed with the amount of effort put into the employee experience and the commitment to education so that we all have knowledge of how to do our jobs and fully understand the different aspects involved, whether it's with fair housing, maintenance, legal or compliance. If your looking for a company that considers you part of a team and you want stability, then I would say that this would be a good fit for you.
