First Pointe Management Group reviews

First Pointe is a growing company with many long term employees. I have worked with them for over 7 years, and have co-workers that have worked at our community for over 30 years. For me, this spoke volumes for the company's values and ethics. I believe they offer extremely competitive salary packages, with a huge perk of free medical insurance. Aside from my positive experience with this company, my main motivation for posting this review is to express my gratitude with their proactive and thoughtful approach to handling the recent Pandemic and state of emergency situation. They took immediate steps to protect our safety at the site level, and constantly evolved these new safety policies to ensure our safety and comfort. They implemented new systems that allows us to have no in-person transactions during the restrictions, while still leasing apartments in a safe environment. I have been very pleased with the way they've handled the pandemic situation, keeping our needs as a top priority, while finding the balance to keep our residents safe and taken care of. I am extremely grateful to be an essential employee right now with First Pointe!

- Hard work is rewarded, bonuses, commissions, keeps you motivated to try your best. - There is lots of PTO and sick time, even for new employees - Corporate knows your name and makes you feel valued and included - Company events, all major holidays PTO - They promote from within, great place to get your foot in the door - Training is well thought out and executed, I came into this industry completely new and I've yet to feel overwhelmed or unequipped to handle a situation
