First Pointe Management Group reviews

Company may value it's employees', however middle management needs to have some better training and possible redirection into reality. There have been several times where I have witnessed unprofessionalism...not going into further details as I still work here, but if it were any other company, these "middle management" folks would be removed from the situation if upper management or owners witnessed their behavior. Yes we had a conference a few weeks ago, and yes we were given marketing "goodies" that were a joke. Spending less than 50cents on products that are cheaply made in China to create some kind of fake appreciation party is dumb. How about investing in us, a pay raise to the right payscale would be nice, or contributing more to our benefits to make the reasonable or free....that's employee appreciation if you as me. Yes, some of us that live on site have free rent, but if you haven't lived on site before than you don't know...living onsite means you are at work 24/7. Come on guys lets see some real changes and forget the "hype".

The regionals in northern California are unprofessional. Corp should come out more often to take a look around and see this. There are people who get promoted for doing gross "favors" to get promoted, its disgusting. They pay you next to nothing if you are not a "favor" sleezeball, and if you live onsite it's even worse.
