      Love my job, hate corporate micro-management.

      Helping tenants enjoy their community

      Cons

      Corporate office is so controlling we can't work efficiently. They do not trust us to do our job, resulting in poor customer service and loss of revenue. Morale is at all time low and the company is loosing great employees.

      You get paid on commissions every 2 weeks

      The micromanage like crazy!!! Don’t trust managers to do their jobs. Turn over is crazy so you are constantly understaffed. Once you hire someone (which managers don’t even do their own hiring) it takes over a month to get access to Yardi! Processes are crazy and run off California law even though you are in WA. You are treated like children from upper managers and timed to go to the bathroom at the conference they do. “3 min and 28 seconds to go to the bathroom”.

      Great employees, great managers, owners seem invested in the success of this company

      Horrible Leadership. A lot of micro-management from SoCal. They give the bare minimum in pay and benefits to keep employees going. You have to make yourself seen and a favorite of the leadership in Southern California or you will never advance. This company is almost a year old and the last I heard, they still don't have policies and procedures and place and things don't always change for the better.
