I think that First Pointe Management Group is amazing! I have been with the parent company The Ezralow Co. for going on 6 years and wouldn't change a thing. I have gone through all the transitions from FPI Management to Riverstone Residential and I do have to say being owner Manager is way better. We recently had a conference and it was the most informative company function that I have been too in the last 6 years. One of the benefits of working with First Pointe is housing! Can I get an Amen!! Seriously being on-site does not mean that you work 24 hrs. Working/ living on-site has been one of the best experience that I have had. Not only do I get to know my neighbors, but I also get to help them!! I love the Zen desk Help Ticket!! Yes I said it, its the only way I can ensure that my work is up to the highest of standards. Everyone that I have worked with has been a positive impact on me in one way or another. To me it seems like we are more of family than a company.

Cons

I don't have any cons with the company, I believe you get what you give.

Pros

Knowledgeable and understanding manager; the interview process gives both sides a chance to see if it's a good fit; company tries to do right by the employee.

Cons

None so far; some managers trust their employees and some don't. So it is fair to say that when managers hire employees, they need to support and empower them.

None, please see my review findings below. Let's stop the b.s. and get this company on the ball for real, not with crappy marketing material to try and sell the low paid employees.

Cons

Company may value it's employees', however middle management needs to have some better training and possible redirection into reality. There have been several times where I have witnessed unprofessionalism...not going into further details as I still work here, but if it were any other company, these "middle management" folks would be removed from the situation if upper management or owners witnessed their behavior. Yes we had a conference a few weeks ago, and yes we were given marketing "goodies" that were a joke. Spending less than 50cents on products that are cheaply made in China to create some kind of fake appreciation party is dumb. How about investing in us, a pay raise to the right payscale would be nice, or contributing more to our benefits to make the reasonable or free....that's employee appreciation if you as me. Yes, some of us that live on site have free rent, but if you haven't lived on site before than you don't know...living onsite means you are at work 24/7. Come on guys lets see some real changes and forget the "hype".
