Steady schedule, requesting time off is easy

Cons

Internal promotions are very very slow, many people in leasing consultant positions did not get promoted until AT LEAST their 3rd or 5th year with the company

- Hard work is rewarded, bonuses, commissions, keeps you motivated to try your best. - There is lots of PTO and sick time, even for new employees - Corporate knows your name and makes you feel valued and included - Company events, all major holidays PTO - They promote from within, great place to get your foot in the door - Training is well thought out and executed, I came into this industry completely new and I've yet to feel overwhelmed or unequipped to handle a situation
