Absolutely one of the worst decisions I had ever made in my life!!! From the initial interactions, the company seems great and promising, but that’s all lies and do not be deceived. If you are local and looking for a job than okay, if you’re a professional and considering this place, RUN AWAY!!!! First off it’s in the middle of nowhere and there is truly no decent restaurant around, Red Lobster was their top. Though to get back to the company, first off Nutek’s HR has no experience in how to deal with professionals and those whom are exempt. The director of HR is truly the only one whom clearly knows how to do anything on the site, without him they are truly down a creek without a paddle. After you get hired they begin this crap of trying to brain wash you how to think “First Qualitize”, everything is super secretive and only time people do something is when the family of the owners come through, now all of a sudden management is on the floor. Honestly, they boost you slightly in pay (totally not work it), they give you a vision that tomorrow can be open with opportunities and then you begin to realize the holes in the stores. Also, if you are considering a job be ready to be treated like as an hourly employee in terms of sick days and personal days, they see everyone as operations day to day whom we are all replaceable, and its 9-hour days paid for 8 and they technically expect you to work throughout your lunch. My first month there, my manager never spoke to me or informed me on what I was supposed to work on, seriously my coworker was the one showing me the lab and was bringing me up to speed on projects. That manager was also supposed to have become a director, how great that would have been with no direction. Lack of communication everywhere, constantly reorganizing the structure, no trust. Nothing good to say about this companies HR or Management Team, as all others have warned I should have listen to others reviews here and not had gone. Also the owners of the company are from Iran which is great, they save the town but then why is majority of the Management and HR let’s just say stuck in the 1900’s?!?!Funny, middle of nowhere PA forget they were part of the Union, truly horrible company to work for in every single way!!!
