      Excellent compensation, maintained facilities in "like new" condition, investments in latest technologies, commitment to finest quality products

      Cons

      Ownership of company was too "hands on", were very reactive, had a tendency to micromanage and struggled to focus on long term operational strategies and results.

      Long hours Boring No cellular use on floor ! Meeting on safety on days off A lot of over time that needs covered Machines that break down pretty easy Safety safety safety number one priority No eating on floor No reading on floor ! So even though you have not much to do you can’t read a magazine Sometimes the attitude of the people and the place seems in low morale sometimes
