      Pros

      Clean, air conditioned manufacturing facility, well lit, safe environment, good location, new facility, seeming positive income, easy to understand product produced.

      Cons

      Sometimes a disconnect from top management to plant operation managers. Some of the work I did was seemingly circular. Sometimes there wasn't enough work to be done.

      Pros

      employee purchase program lets you get paper towels, toilet paper, water, diapers etc. at a good price. at least 3 days off a week. air conditioned work environment.

      Cons

      erratic bosses that tell you one thing, but want another. micro management. work is 12 hour shifts with 2 fifteen minute breaks and thirty minutes for "lunch". shifts are rotating, so you'll work days for a month and nights for the next month and rotate. Never really get a good sleep schedule or off time to get personal things done. Pay wasnt worth the job.
