      I had a lot of room for advancement in a short amount of time. I worked hard to get where I was and now my future is up in the air..

      Pros

      Plenty of overtime, pretty good benefits, and pay is finally good.

      Cons

      Horrible management, can't move up unless you play golf or super good friends with upper management, HR doesn't care about employee problems or try to fix them, portray a family environment but that is a joke, pretend to get aligned with sister companies but the Anderson plant is ran completely differently and worse.

      Great Hourly People! Pretty good pay for the area.

      Ownership turning a blind eye to lousy management team. Management team gets away with screaming at employees on the floor. Lack of real leadership.
