      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for nearly 6 years and absolutely love it. The quality of products and cleanliness of facilities is always a priority, employees are treated fairly in my opinion, and the company overall is very family oriented.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but the company is always expanding, so employees need to be ready to adapt to the changing landscape. Some are hesitant to change old ways, which tends to add workload to others.

      Pros

      Job Security. Pay is “okay”.

      Cons

      Over worked. New employees get stuck at the front end of the machine which should be a two person job and pretty much never leave. Constantly running back and forth for 12 hours. Machines constantly break and you’re stuck doing the manual labor the robots should do. Training program is sub par.
