      Supports the growth of its employees, management recognizes employee growth and rewards with evolved responsibilities that aid in professional development. While my roles have always been defined to a specific department, management encourages development that focuses on a more holistic understanding of the business which helps drive better decision making.

      I have had the pleasure of working with First Quality for about nine years. In retrospect I wish my career path had brought me here sooner. First Quality is a family owned business and consider their employees as part of that family. Upper management is passionate about what they do and this is emulated throughout the organization. They are very innovative and never sacrifice quality or customer service. Through teamwork we are empowered to be “forward thinking”, set goals, and execute. They allow us to take on challenges and offer support, tools & resources to turn challenges into wins. I feel blessed and honored to be part of the FQ family and thankful to work with such caring, knowledgeable, positive, enthusiastic, & energetic, colleagues.

      Pros

      Fast paced, interesting business. Great company culture. The company walks the talk regarding their cultural values. Co-workers are team players and we all work together to get things done. There's very little in the way of politics.
