Pros

The engineering and product teams are incredibly knowledgeable. There's good synergy between departments.

Cons

Your coworkers are all spending time outside of work to get their work done. A lot of deadlines are unrealistic and there aren't boundaries for work/life balance.

Pros

The product has a potential to breakthrough the manufacturing industry with the modules they’ve worked on for many years

Cons

Leadership was super poor. As a salesperson I was never sure what direction we were headed and never was given the full opportunity to sell on my own without handholding. From a sales perspective I felt failed as a growing emerging salesperson

Pros

Some wonderful colleagues, a lot of compassionate empathetic coworkers. Early customers are building interesting things. Modern technology and tools used.

Cons

The sales strategy seems to be stumbling. CEO speaks with an expansive vision but is all over the place and involves himself in non-constructive ways in a lot of places. Arguably the company grew too quickly and arguably the company is in need of RIFs to rightsize with their customer/revenue growth
