The people on the floor are great , supervisors stay out of the way and let you work, being in a green energy field and making a difference. Shift premium for working nights.
Cons
People matter- a core principle is a joke. The factory employees don't seem to matter all that matters is getting the numbers they need doesn't matter and what cost- safety and quality out the window with the current motto "if it fits it ships" being thrown around. No room for growth into office positions without training that is not offered and going to school with these hours is near impossible. Management is very afraid of confronting employees that do wrong so people have started to do whatever they want with no reprimand present even when reported. Pay raises are a joke and you hardly make a liveable amount
