      some managers are still there and have made damage to the team,because of one person the whole team collapse...micro manage and incompetent

      Pros

      Emerging technology, lots of ingenuity and invention going on in the areas of chemistry, physics, and commercializing improvements for manufacturing scale.

      Cons

      For software development it's not ideal because they're just an in-house shop. The software is lead by people from a controls / PLC background. Little to no actual software organization leadership.
