      Great mission to produce clean solar energy

      Cons

      Very poor management with limited interpersonal skills. Management at the research facility is limited to Asian slave drivers with limited vision and ability. They reduce PhDs to poorly paid sweat shop minions. The turnover rate is tremendous as a result, most new hires flee in less than 2 years.

      Challenging and fun technology development. Good WLB. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      The company is not proactive enough in helping international talents to get VISA. The PTO, pay, and benefits are rather weak compared to other companies.
