      It’s a growing business with a lot of potential. The work was interesting and fulfilling.

      Cons

      Space issues (which they are slowly fixing by acquiring more land).

      You will get exposed to running a lot of equipment.

      Cons

      Most technicians have college degrees but are expected to just operate tools with little input. The job amounts to completing tasks. There is no possibility to advance without a PhD.
