Pros

Lots of opportunities. Most people genuinely want the company to succeed and strive for that success.

Cons

Constant churn in the industry. Short sighted management. Lost count of the layoffs and rehiring events.

Pros

Only pros were the people "on the floor" doing the work. Unappreciated workers doing the bulk of the work watched each others back.

Cons

Product suspect at best. Decisions made at high level costing livelihood of company. Once a good company to work for. Now appears to be chasing it's tail. No direction....Ship with out a rudder, and taking on water.
