      Meaningful work in a company strongly positioned to weather the current storm in the solar energy market. Work in a U.S. company that manufactures products in the United States as well as overseas.

      Cons

      Highly volatile solar market creates risk in future employment opportunities with the company. Company's internal processes and systems are still immature and need to develop.
