Pros
Pay is extremely good, a great bonus, and company is growing very quickly. Of the 4 fortune 500 companies I have worked at, this is certainly the most dynamic. However, it is one of the more difficult companies to get a job at.
Cons
Working for a huge global company requires longer hours than the normal 8-5.
