Pros

Generally a clean work environment. Overtime is usually not mandated although it is a possibility. Scheduled days to work is known all year long. Great benefits.

Cons

The opportunities for advancement is confusing. Pay is average to low compared to other manufacturing jobs.

Pros

Got along great with my coworkers. Developed lifelong friendships with people from FS today. Very easy work, if you like pushing a button for 12 hours.

Cons

Insurance premiums kept going up while our yearly compensation was going down. Felt like I never got ahead. Favoritism is very high there. Getting laid off no matter how many years (12) you worked there. Not much work/life balance when you're working the night crew.
