      Great Job, But still working on some issues

      Pros

      - Day 1 Benefits - Day 1 Time-Off (Vacation and ETO) - High Potential For Promotion - Only work ~180 Days/Year

      Cons

      - Some areas can be demanding , others can be extremely boring - Newer Factories can suffer from faulty equipment or not having enough people - People sometimes get moved around a lot, usually for training purposes but can be annoyimg and disrupt flow
