      flexible working hour to suit task timing requirement, good benefits and allowance.

      Cons

      Too many employees who know nothing with their TECHNICAL BACKGROUND & job responsibilities and give baseless excuses to cover their mistakes and ridicules blames the mistake on irrelevant group/department .
