      Steep learning curve, rewarding experience but lacking growth/rewards

      Pros

      Excellent early career position with a lot of room to make mistakes, grow, and take ownership. Hours can be quite long but also flexible and generally trust-oriented. Young, dynamic engineering team so great work environment

      Cons

      Poor goal-setting and performance reviews have little to no effect on progression: purely based on senior management's discretion. Pay is sub-par for the industry and benefits/bonuses are barebones.
