Pros
Used to be a great company before expanding too much too fast; please bring back some sanity! Comradeship among good employees in crews is fantastic. Climate controlled plant is comfortable to work in.
Cons
Lazy workers never addressed. Let’s just give more to the people who put their heart and soul into the job. Managers aren’t trained in management! Buddy system is used for promotions. Golf buddies!! Managers and HR ignore issues instead of addressing them head on.
