Pros

Clean work environment, decent coworkers

Cons

Management is a joke. People fired for smoking weed but it's very obvious there is a cocaine issue with management cliques. Very biased , one sided and favoritism based on race. Most of the employees are non minority. I can't believe no one notices what goes on every shift. Hard workers don't matter unless you're "liked" or "in" with the management clique.

Pros

The only pro for this review I can make is the fact that I learned new things while on the job training they EVENTUALLY paid for. Promised all these things that it was all going to be on their dime only to be in Ohio and not receive a dime and was not in a rush to get the Company Card approved either.

Cons

extremely poor management, all the way across the board. ego's feed other ego's and unimaginable things happen to employees that show the most promise due to being an employee that can threaten their supervisors position. they want employees who blindly follow instruction and won't question or think for themselves, nor the ones who do the right thing regardless of what they've been instructed to do. I've seen and heard the worst stories all the way from an employee's first day on the job being screamed at, and when going to HR like instructed to about the incident, instead of handling the supervisor, HR went straight to said supervisor, told him everything that was said, and named the employee and the end result was the employee getting told to take it to the parking lot outside. I myself have experienced HR and their dirty tricks. My supervisors both were requesting vacation hours on my name and then approving the hours themselves. leaving me with when I calculated due to keeping track of my daily tasks, 42 hours. unaccounted for. also, I went to HR regarding my supervisor harassing me and singling me out for being a female in a department that was only men before I was hired. I found out he was telling other co-workers that I reminded him of his mother and that she was a pill head that he believed that I was on drugs. when I submitted to a drug test upon hiring and also would have taken one without issue anytime if asked. anyhow, HR immediately and I mean within the hour told my supervisor everything that I went speak of, and the retaliation from that had started that afternoon and I just lost my job, after receiving two write ups.....that supposedly occurred on March 1, 2025......I had medical issues that I was forced to take Short Term Disability for, and my leave date started May 7, 2025. According to HR they had those write ups prepared for me extremely coincidentally the day I left on leave. However; upon returning to work here in mid July, I was booked a "check in" and given two write ups from that time in march, and forced to sign to things I didn't do and wasn't given the opportunity to defend myself on. EXTREMELY CROOKED
