Pros

With this company I worked my way up from installing solar panels, into foreman lead man for the whole wiring management section in 2 weeks. This company lets you advance quickly if you are skilled.

Cons

The downside of this company was that it let us worked this project, and all of a sudden they let another company come in and take over the site and relieved us of our jobs, without giving us the opportunity to work with the other company.

Decent Pay Reasonable Hours Generally pleasant facilities

Cons

Many engineers are not native English speakers, which can lead to frustrating communications difficulties. Regulation method for lifting solar modules was destroying my wrists. No benefits for most Engineering Technicians.

Free lunches, and overtime pay was good.

Cons

Unorganized and some people they hired were not smart enough to do the job. Became frustrating, was no real training plan implemented.
