      Everything is great except typical factory "clicks"

      Pros

      -Good/Great pay -Great hours -Good insurance -Cafeteria where they'll cook your food right in front of you! -Very clean facility -72 degrees all year round

      Cons

      -Sometimes people try to step on each other to get ahead -If you work as a "Coater Tech" or a "Maintenance Tech", be prepared to deal with a lot of rude people and a lot of clicks. In maintenance especially, you're either part of the inner circle, or you're out. Its not a very friendly environment sometimes. -In Maintenance, some dont do anything all day while others are dripping sweat and working their hands to the bone, all while paid the same amounts. This also coincides with the "clicks".
