      The work was interesting and the people were nice. I learned a lot while I was there.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of opportunities for career advancement and management seems kind of indifferent to this problem.

      - Growing and with any growth comes speed bumps - Senior Mgmt Team just released overall Org goals for the first time in 3 years - Expects a lot from their employees, has not built up support staff with MFG growth - thus these areas are lacking
