      The salary is competitive. Great medical benefits. Tuition reimbursement was a great perk. Some of the employees were great to work with!

      Cons

      No direction by leadership team Favoritism & shady practices by management in certain departments NO work life balance!!! Expect to work 24/7 No appreciation from management Promotions offered to unqualified candidates I was told my position was being outsourced, offered severance and then found out they reposted my job

      Pros

      Diverse group of experienced professionals. Enjoy working with the project site staff, clients, and suppliers.

      Cons

      Enron executives have taken over and dismembered everything this company stood for. No longer an EPC group. No experience in large scale solar installation. Company core value "People Matter" no longer exists. Cut bonuses, cut salary grades. Shady business practices such as "email retention" practices implemented. Jim Hughes has brought in all his Enron folks and got rid of all the people who made this company what it is today. Sad it's come to this.

      Good Pay, fairly good benefits and flexible work hours.

      Cons

      Not a good company to grow. Being in constant fear of losing your job due to stupidity and calousness of upper management. No proper goals set for employees. Internal politics between different departments. Reworking designs for more than 6 months with no clear direction. Partiality towards some members of the team. Lack of mentorship. The list keeps expanding.
