      The product, the impact the company is making on the environment

      Cons

      Not as exciting as it used to be, sold off their EPC, O&M and dev businesses. Employees who left are not backfilled, absorbed by remaining employees. Employees overworked with little compensation. Not many perks being offered now, especially with the work-from-home arrangements, no financial, emotional or mental support provided by the company. A lot of employees experience burnt out.

      The company routinely attracts A+ talent. The industry is very exciting and novel

      Many of the exciting parts of the business have been sold off. Opportunity seems to be much narrower. Weak executive team.

      Easy job with great hours and pay.

      Cons

      You never know how long you will last. Any department could be outsourced at any day, even if the company reports record sales numbers the same day you find out your department is being outsourced.
